Powers:Chakra Minipulation and also it has the ablity to steal Chakra from others
(EX.Kazuki stole Chrkra from the bijuu))
History:Tis Weapon was made by Kazuki father who use it to help stop the Kyubi
How you got it:Kazuki found it in one of his father throw away boxes
